We heard this song on somebody else's mixed cd and liked it. It's sort of a weird cowboy meets sailor fantasy. My favourite line, of course, is "kiss my ass, I bought a boat, I'm going out to sea."
I love this song. Used to listen to Lisa R's Lyle cd in Vancouver a lot. I like it that he uses the subjunctive (if I were...). And that's my favourite line too. xo C
