Yet another song I first heard on Weekender. There's a part in it when Elis Regina actually seems to be trying not to laugh as she sings. Holly Cole also does a version (in English) which is kind of dark but good nonetheless. Finally, there's a funny take-off of this song about Trader Joe's (for Canadians who may not be familiar with Trader Joe's, it's a trendy American proprietory label store that carries affordable health-food, pseudo-health-food, and gourmet food for the the crunchie and pseudo-crunchie crowd).
