This is not a good recording. It's an mp3 copy of an approximately 25-year-old cassette recording of some other recording. The cassette was a mixed tape that friend MEH made us, and this is one of the best songs on it. Now I guess this song is very historical. Strange to think that it's almost 20 years since Nelson Mandela was freed.
P.S. That mixed tape also included an excellent, extremely laid-back version of Jump by Aztec Camera; I recommend it.
P.P.S. Imagine my surprise upon learning that MEH actually follows this blog! Hello, MEH! Perhaps you will leave a note sometime...

MEH, who has never posted a comment anywhere but cannot ignore a direct appeal (taunt?), wonders if she still has access to the albums (and they were lps) that made up that mixed tape. Ah, memories. Consultation with the ice cream music co-ordinator is required....
